Batenburg Techniek publishes Impact Report 2025

Batenburg Techniek has published its Impact Report 2025. The report gives an honest picture of where we stand and where we are headed, covering climate, circularity, people and social impact.

In 2025, 77% of all Batenburg Techniek projects contributed positively to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. In 2019, that figure was 46%. Our scope 1 and 2 emissions decreased by 10.4% compared to 2024, partly due to the growth of electric vehicles in our fleet from 44% to 62%.

Batenburg Techniek grew from 1,253 to 1,359 employees in 2025. Our e-NPS score of 56 is above the sector average, meaning our employees recommend us as an employer more than average.

The report also describes the challenges ahead. Scope 3 emissions, sustainable procurement and further chain collaboration will require more attention in the coming years.
